From the very first time we spoke about her wedding plans, I could see that Yi and Siqi had a vision of what this evening should be. And, it was everything and more! Theirs is a love story that every guest could feel throughout the evening. The ceremony on the Rotunda stairs followed by cocktails on the Mayor’s Balcony while the Rotunda floor was readied for an Asian fusion extravaganza and dancing, made it quite a night! Yi and JJ Chen, her photographer, shared growing up in the same neighborhood in China even attending the same elementary school. I think that made every shot that was taken extra special. And, let me just say that their first dance (in costume change #3 for the bride!) was like none I have ever seen… and THAT is saying something because I’ve seen hundreds.
